Due to line breakdown at house, i was unable to post this assignment on time.
So sorry for the delay.
Here's the structures that i was able to make.

PDB

It stands for Protein Data Bank.It is a crystallographic database of large biological molecules, such as proteins and nucleic acids.The data is typically obtained by X-ray crystallography or NMR spectroscopy and submitted by biologists and biochemists from around the world .

 The good news is, it can be accessed at no charge on the internet. Hooray~ :)
 The PDB is overseen by an organization called the Worldwide Protein Data Bank(wwPDB).



It is very useful as it acts as key resource in areas of structural biology. Most major scientific journals and some funding agencies,  nowadays  require scientists to submit their structure data to the PDB. The database is updated weekly .
To view PDB ,we have to get a software that is compatible with the image format. One of the popular software used is Rasmol. It is free(which is good for student) and friendly user.
As biomedical student, i do think technologies nowadays will ease the education and benefit all of us~:)

Excel Assignment

Last Wednesday, we're having class replacement.
Learn excel, quite difficult for me because i'm using Open office, so the command is quite different.
